The weather was ideal, and their covered seating area made it even more enjoyable to sit, relax, and indulge in some truly unforgettable food. We ordered the beef brisket poutine, beef brisket on a bun, and a regular poutine—all paired with refreshing pops. Every bite was phenomenal. The gravy was absolutely perfect, and the brisket, which they prepare over four days and smoke to Texas-style perfection, was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The depth of flavour in the brisket is something every BBQ lover should experience at least once. Portion sizes were generous and very satisfying, especially for a big eater like myself and the rest of the family. I was already blown away by what we tried—but I truly wish I had also ordered the Italian sauce poutine, which sounded amazing! They also offer a top-notch pulled pork, which we’re definitely trying next time. This place is a must-visit for fans of smoked meats, poutine, or just great food in general. We’ll definitely be coming back at least once or twice every season whenever we're near Athens, Ontario. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!"
